- Voice communications will be an intregal part of TF2. It will be accomplished with a pre-recorded set for all available classes, and special class only sayings. Custom communications will be achived with the exchange of .wav files, people without the .wav files will see ascociated text printed at the top of the screen. Ie, a cfg file in users local TF2 directory will point at each individual .wav file, and have text communications acociated with that file. So if a person does not have "FuckYou.wav", the client will look up the wav in the .cfg file and print the text in messagemode to everyone within hearing range.

- To the great dismay of most of the spy network, 2fort6 will be released with TF2. It will have the exact same style/layout of the previous incarnations of 2fort, including the same textures and lighting. It will no doubt once again be the only map ever played on public servers.

- Classes that use machine guns or other rapid fire projectile weapons will have a very nice suprise. Tracer Bullets! Every 5th or 8th shot will be a visible streak (red or blue, depending on team), making aiming a much easier, and much prettier affair. (Remember the footage from the gulf war? The streaks shooting up into the air were the tracer bullets)

- The 1st 3 times you load up TF2, it will pop up a small quiz to make sure you've read the readme.txt or equivalent manual. If you do not pass the test TF2 will refuse to load and reboot your computer. This is done to eliminate the confusion and bad sentiment caused by excessive newbie questions. Each time you pass the test, the quiz will get slightly harder, testing more advanced bindings and general knowledge. (Opiate: i dont know about this one, i'll believe it when i see it)

Other tidbits yet to be fleshed out with substantial information:

- Individual player models for every class. (and multiple skins per model) - Different types of sentry guns - Snipers have 'camoflage' command - Engineer can upgrade players weapons/armor --------------------------------------------------- I gleaned this from:
