Otsers Website
Otser's Site is a very unique website. Not for the layout or design, which is really plain, but for the goodies on offer: an assortment of applications demos, game enhancements and screenshots.
That may sound borring but they're very different collections of the above to the standard fare on a lot of sites.
 Applications/Enhancements
Console+
This little app runs at the same time as quake2 and gives a player access to various unique commands at the console. For example view your own performance, time left in the game, send secret msgs to specific players and so on. Now this is kind of controversial, and some will think this is not on. I don't think I'll use it but it's interesting none the less.
Binder
A very simple key binding program that helps you make your .cfg files. This one allows you to make shift+, crl+ and alt+ combination binds very easily.
Quad Timer
Now this IS controversial. A wav file that is exactly 60 seconds long and provides a clear countdown. Pick up the quad, activate the wav file usign the "play " command and you'll know exactly when the quad will reappear. FARK that's sure to raise some hackles out there!
There's also a 30 second one that you activate after you hear someone else finish with the quad.
The demos and Stereo images are fun though...

Demos | There is a colleciton of demo files showing a huge range of Quake 2 'easter eggs', secret rooms, and unique places to get to on several quake 2 levels. The fun ones include; getting on the roof of Mckinley, a secret room in q2ctf2 - Stronghold Opposition, a special msg for rocket jumpers on the Launch Command level. But my favourite was this one:
