Well it's finally arrived. You can grab it from AusGamers who had this important warning:

"Update: 3DGamers uploaded a incorrect version of this file rather early in the game, and alot of other mirrors then downloaded that version from there, the version that was on 3dgamers will generate version errors when joining dedicated servers, if you get this error, download the file from AusGamers, or other quality mirroring sites and reinstall."

heh I like the implied insult, '...other quality mirroring sites...'. They also have the server install.
