Heh. I've definetly missed you, Relic! I've been bounced around a bit recently.... after finishing training in Victoria I was posted to Darwin in September where I've been doing temp postings on patrol boats. I'm now in Cairns for more training for a few weeks and then back to Victoria for some more training. My silence till now was due to being unable to get any internet - or even phone access - in the supplied accomadation, a problem I've just solved with a bluetooth mobile and PDA.

So.... how have you and the boyz been?

Well as you can see the site, while it might look pretty, consists mainly of mumblings... until Xtro gets all excited about some new game and then complains bitterly that it was poor value for money. I occasionally poke it with a stick just to see what happens. Oh yeah, Xtro still smells - just like in the good old days.
The list is still a hive of activity. 90% utter nonsense as is the tradition. I trust you left yourself subscribed so you can catch up on all the tripe someday.
EvEm LANs are a travesty. Lets just say we might as well be using a direct serial connection. Hi Matmos! Arkan's attendance record is inversely proportionate to his availability, strangely enough.
What about you? Will you ever play games again? BF2 is highly anticipated. Should you get the chance let me know and I'll send you an update. Or has your real world experience depleted your interest in playing FPS games...? :>

Never fear, the Navy hasn't taken the geek out of me just yet. Still playing FPS games but am limited to single player... I've decided to get a place of my own so I might be able to crack open some broadband in the near future.

I have a "desktop replacement", which is half laptop and half desktop. It's started to lag a bit in the hardware department but has served me well. I'm pencilling in a trip to Perth in August/September but I'll give you a heads up well in advance so everyone can ask their wives for permission.... if anything it'd be nice to catch up with familiar faces!
